IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR AND THE TEAMS ARE FORMING! 

 Holly Tree will once again have a full field of strong and winning teams.  This is our busiest time of the year, please follow the guidelines below to help make it run smoothly.

• Team captains must be members of the club.

Teams may have a maximum of two non-members.  Each non-member will pay a $75.00 non-member team fee to Holly Tree.  This fee is in addition to the normal $10.00 guest fee.  Team fees must be charged to team captains (captains, please collect fees from your players).

(Adult League Only) Non-members may visit the club FOUR times per month (JAN & FEB)  for scheduled team practices.  They must check in at the desk; guest fees for practices will be charged to the team captain.  Guest fees are currently $10.00 per visit.  Failure to report team guest visits will result in a reduction in that guests visits for that month.

• Non-members may only play on ONE Holly Tree Team per season.
• Please do not reserve courts for warmups before a match.  We ask that you be fair and considerate to other club members.  If a court is available the desk will gladly accomodate your team. 

All alcoholic beverages must be purchased at the club; our club alcohol license would be in jeopardy if rules are not followed.  You are welcome to bring sodas and snacks for your team.

• Holly Tree teams with a roster may reserve a practice time on Dec. 22^nd at 9 pm for January  and February.

Have fun and play some great tennis!

• The staff will be happy to help our members and/or captains with re-cruiting.  However all final decisions are left to the captains.

•  All tennis pros will offer special programs for team lessons please give them a call.

Holly Tree 2012 USTA Team Practice Signup ScheduleSign up may begin on December 22nd after 9pm.  After submitting a roster Holly Tree teams can sign up to reserve two courts at the times listed to the left.  These times listed are for team practices during January and February.  Any additional courts can be reserved under the normal three days in advance reservation policy.  Please help our staff by having guests register at the desk BEFORE going out on court for the team practice.  Guests will be charged $10.00 to the team captain's account.
